WorldTech’s physician portal is a comprehensive feature for monitoring, reviewing and signing reports. The eSignature feature allows a physician to quickly review all reports pending approval. All patient ADT information is automatically updated to reflect any corrections or bed movements.

The physician may review and correct the transcribed report using standard Word functionality and any changes are saved to the server and may be accessed or distributed by all users. The physician signs the document with a single mouse click upon which the report is electronically stamped and marked as final. The final report is then distributed based on the user defined distribution rules.

From a product perspective, our system complies with the required Technical Safeguards on Security (including those necessary to meet the Privacy Standards). This includes, for example, unique user identification, 128bit SSL encryption, and integrity controls. When we provide our services as an ASP, we also implement the Administrative and Physical Safeguards necessary to ensure that our clients are compliant with the Security Standards. HIPAA Audit In support of the HIPAA regulations, Dragon keeps a complete audit history of all document activity, from dictation, to transcription to distribution. This functionality is available to the MT Administrator and can be used to quickly determine the full access history of a given job.
